Jon

Jon has been with the company since 2002, shortly after his parents Joe & Donna first opened up & hired him on as one of the first technicians. Over the years he has learned and mastered most every aspect of the industry and is now putting his unique skill set to work as our General Manager. He is passionate about building our team of exception individuals to serve the local community.

Angela

Angela is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Lancaster East. She has years of administrative experience under her belt and is a strong asset to the company. She is a great at multitasking and provides great customer service to our customers. In her spare time she enjoys singing, latch hook, word puzzles, and making friendship bracelets.

Sierra

Sierra is the Administrative Assistant for Commercial Services at SERVPRO of Lancaster East. She handles commercial billing, scheduling, and day to day office tasks. In her spare time she enjoys skiing, reading, watching old movies, and spending time with her friends and family.

Kyle

Kyle is the Reconstruction Assistant Manager at SERVPRO of Lancaster East. He has over 20 years of construction background, and ran his own construction business before coming to SERVPRO. In his spare time he loves watching football, basketball, going fishing, and spending time with his friends and family.

Brandon

Brandon is a Water Technician at SERVPRO of Lancaster East. He went to Lancaster County Career & Technology Center for commercial construction and management as well as Temple for his real estate license. He also has 10 years of construction experience. In his spare time he enjoys working on cars, racing, and working on projects.

Ben

Ben is a Water Technician at SERVPRO of Lancaster East. He traveled with a group of like-minded people down to North Carolina after a hurricane hit to help restore properties. In his spare time he likes to golf, go fishing, and hang out with his buddies.

James

James is a Water Technician at SERVPRO of Lancaster East. He is a Long Island native and now is local to our area. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball.

Mac

Mac is a Water Technician at SERVPRO of Lancaster East. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, traveling and playing sports. He is also a big Philadelphia sports fan.

Damian

Damian is a Water Technician at SERVPRO of Lancaster East. His grandfather had taught him the ropes of construction work. He also has his commercial drivers licenses to drive tractor trailers. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, camping, hiking, cook outs, amusement parks, and spending time with his family.

Desiree

Desiree is a Fire Technician at SERVPRO of Lancaster East. She holds years of experience in fires, content cleaning, mold remediation, bio-hazard clean-ups, and pack-outs. She has obtained certifications and training in smoke and odor control. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, riding her motorcycle, and watching movies.

Brianna

Brianna is a Fire Technician at SERVPRO of Lancaster East. She has experience with large and small fire losses, mold remediation, biohazard clean-up, and water losses. She comes from a large family and enjoys spending time with them. In her spare time she enjoys tumbling and traveling.

Nadacha

Nadacha is a Fire Technician at Lancaster East. She was previously certified as a forklift driver for 4 years. She enjoys working at SERVPRO because our team gets to help people in need and make their properties feel like home again. In her spare time, she enjoys amusement parks, going on road trips, and spending time with her family.

Tom

Tom is a Commercial Cleaner at SERVPRO of Lancaster East. He is our longest standing team member with numerous years of experience in cleaning and construction work, even working as  a mason for 20 years. With his well-rounded skills and abilities, he is able to take on just about anything. In his spare time, he enjoys watching and playing basement. Here's a little fun fact about Tom, he made a replica model of the Dodgers Stadium and is currently displayed in the Baseball Hall of Fame in New York.

Gail

Gail is a Commercial Cleaner at SERVPRO of Lancaster East. She is one of our longest standing team members with a lot of cleaning experience under her belt. She is knowledgeable about products and services which enables her to have the abilities to work in an efficient manor. Her customer service background and her efforts make her a great fit to handle our clients. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her big family and doing crafts.

Jaziah is a Commercial Cleaner at SERVPRO of Lancaster East. She has a lot of customer service experience which she provides every day. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends & family.
